    Search

    By machine type and city — excavators, JCBs, cranes, mixers, gensets, lifts. Machinery near the job, not a PDF catalog.

    Book

    Send the dates. The vendor accepts or declines. KYC has to be clear before the machine is bookable at all.

  3. 03

    Run

    Status, location pings and WhatsApp all hang off the same booking number. Nothing lives in a chat thread.

  4. 04

    Pay

    Payment follows the hire. No cash argument at the gate when the machine leaves.

    Register

    Pick I am a Vendor on the first screen. Same install as the customer app — the role is the only split.

    Clear KYC

    GST, PAN, RC, insurance, PUC and fitness go to HQ. Until a reviewer signs them off, the listing stays pending.

    List the fleet

    Type, rates, city and photos per machine. Each machine carries its own papers and its own operator.

    Take jobs

    Requests arrive with the city, the dates and the length. Accept or decline. Idle iron starts earning.

KYC types we review: GST, PAN, RC, insurance, PUC, fitness, licence, invoice. Until HQ approves, the listing stays pending.

    Open the BuildRigs app

    On the first screen pick I am a Vendor. Customer and vendor share the same app; the role is the split.

    Create the account

    Name, email, 10-digit Indian mobile, and a password of 8+ characters — or continue with OTP, Google, or Apple.

  3. 3

    Business profile

    Business name, type (individual, proprietor, partnership, company), GSTIN, PAN, registered address, city, and service areas.

  4. 4

    KYC papers

    Upload GST, PAN, RC, insurance, PUC, fitness, and licence. Files go to S3. HQ reviews them. Nothing is live until KYC is approved.

  5. 5

    List machines

    Type, brand, model, photos, city, and rates (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly). Each machine can carry its own papers.

  6. 6

    Take bookings and get paid

    Accept or decline. Share live location. Customer pays on the hire. Your ledger and bank details sit with HQ.
